Doug Clifford served in the U.S. Air Force in the Vietnam War. On returning home, he enrolled as an undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts Boston and worked in the Veterans Upward Bound Program. He teaches part-time in the English Department at Bunker Hill Community College, from which he recently retired as a faculty member. He has had several exhibitions of his photography and currently serves on the William Joiner Center's Advisory Board.
This photograph collection consists of fifteen black and white images. Clifford took these photographs while on a trip to Vietnam in 1988.
